THUNDER MOUNTAIN SPEEDWAY

2009 RULE CLARIFICATION

1.     Any fiberglass aftermarket body will result in a 100 pound weight penalty.

2.     All non-performance rules are at the discretion of the Techman.

3.     Any driver or pit crew entering another pit and causing a disturbance will be subject to a $150.00 fine.  Rookies are responsible for reviewing all Track and Running rules prior to racing.

4.     The 3:10 Rule will be enforced:  Intentional dogging during time trials will result in taking a position at the back of the pack.

5.     Illegal cars may be allowed to race but will not receive points, cash, or trophies.

6.     Following the Main Event, cars must immediately report to Tech Lane.  Cars crossing the Commitment Line will result in disqualification.

7.     In the event a race is called due to rain, 5 points will be allotted to the drivers present when race was called.

8.     Drivers must time in at specified time or start at back of pack and will not receive passing points.

9.     Every pit requires a broom and must assist track truck crew when required.
